At Soulful Cattery, we take great pride in raising healthy, well-socialized Scottish Fold kittens with loving temperaments. Since we are a small home-based cattery, we have limited litters each year, ensuring that each kitten receives the utmost care and attention before going to their forever home. Here you will find detailed information about our adoption process, health guarantees, pricing, and policies.

Kitten Availability & Selection

• Once we have available kittens, they will be posted on our website and social media.

• Since Scottish Fold ears do not begin to fold until about 3-4 weeks of age, we wait until then to confirm if a kitten is a Fold or Straight-eared Scottish Fold.

• Kittens are ready to go to their new homes between 10-13 weeks of age.

Health Guarantee & Care

• All kittens come with a 72-hour health guarantee and a 1-year genetic health guarantee.

• Kittens are dewormed, up to date on vaccines, and receive regular vet check-ups.

• Every kitten is litter box and scratching post trained before going home.

• We are committed to supporting you before and after adoption and will always be available for questions or concerns throughout your kitten’s lifetime.

Visiting Policy

For health and safety reasons, Soulful Cattery operates as a closed cattery, meaning we do not allow in-home visits. This policy was put in place to protect our cats and kittens from potential health risks. However, we are happy to offer:

• Video calls for you to see your kitten.

• Public meet-ups for paperwork or other arrangements.

• References & reviews from previous adopters upon request.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices for our Scottish Fold kittens start at $1200 and may vary based on color, ear type, and lineage.

• Our pricing reflects the high-quality care, premium food, vet services, and daily attention we provide to every kitten.

• Payment Methods:

• Accepted: Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash App (no extra fees unless purchase protection is selected).

• Not Accepted: PayPal.

• Pricing is locked in once the sale contract is signed.

Delivery & Pickup Options

• Local Pickup: We can meet within one hour of our location at no additional charge.

• Extended Delivery: We can arrange delivery for an additional fee, starting at $550, depending on the destination.

• Delivery and meeting arrangements are subject to availability and scheduling.

Adoption Process

1. Complete the Kitten Application

• Fill out our application at the bottom of this page if you are interested in adopting one of our available kittens.

2. Review & Sign the Sale Contract

• Once you choose a kitten, we will email you a contract to review, sign, and submit back to us.

3. Place a Deposit to Reserve Your Kitten

• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your chosen kitten.

• Deposits are only accepted on available kittens and will not hold multiple kittens.

• If needed, your deposit can be transferred to another kitten within the same litter, if available.

4. Final Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before pickup (if paying via Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash App).

• We only accept cash on the pickup date.

• Payments must clear before your kitten can go home.

5. Bringing Your Kitten Home

• Kittens are ready to go home between 10-12 weeks old.

• We will inform you of the specific weekend/dates your kitten is ready for pickup.

• If you need us to keep your kitten past the scheduled pickup date, boarding fees will apply at $140 per week ($20 per additional day).
